responsible for this,” the underlying message is often that you must complete the task as instructed or there will be a problem.

When parents tell their child to make a responsible decision, they often mean:

Make the decision we would approve of.

Follow the path we believe is right for you.

Avoid choices that make us uncomfortable.

Society may define a responsible person as someone who follows the conventional path, meets external expectations, does not question authority, and fulfills the obligations assigned to them.

In this understanding, responsibility becomes obedience.

It means conforming to somebody else’s idea of how we should live rather than consciously choosing how we want to live for ourselves.

This is not true responsibility.

Our Ability to Respond

If we break down the word responsibility, we find its true meaning:

Response - Ability

Responsibility is our ability to consciously choose how we would like to respond to every single moment in our lives.

Response - Ability is a measure of how able we are to respond with intention and awareness to every experience in our lives rather than impulsively reacting.

A reaction happens automatically, unconsciously.

Something occurs, an emotion arises, a thought pattern triggers, and we immediately react.

Reacting is primal; it is unconscious; it is victimhood.

We become angry and lash out.

We become afraid and retreat.

We become anxious and worried.

Something doesn’t go our way, so we search for someone or something outside of ourselves to blame.

A conscious response is different.

In the moment, we create space between what happens and how we would like to respond.

We become aware of what we are thinking and feeling.

We remember our values.

We decide how we want to be in that moment.

True responsibility is not the obligation to respond in the way somebody else demands or what society deems as morally correct.

It is recognizing our ability to consciously choose how we would like to respond to every single moment in our lives therefore creating our reality.
<div accountability for every single outcome in our lives.

This is one of the most empowering things we can do.

Because when we take full responsibility for our lives, we release the urge to blame anyone or anything outside of ourselves for anything going on in our lives.

Every decision we make, every action we take, and every situation and circumstance in our lives, we create.

Realizing this is releasing victimhood.

Whenever we blame another person, our circumstances, society, our past, or anything outside of us for the reality of our lives, we give our creative power away.

Believing that external forces: the economy, interest rates, the government, our employers, our parents, our childhood trauma, our social class, and other people have substantial power in determining the major outcomes of our lives…

This is the belief that keeps us trapped in victimhood, stripped of our creative power, and disconnected from our own divinity.

We are the creators of our own reality.

When we tell ourselves that something outside of us is in control.

That something outside of us created our reality…

We are a victim.

Blame completely strips us from the creative power we are all inherently born with.

Taking full responsibility for every situation, circumstance, and experience in our life returns our creative power to us.

Click for in-depth scientific breakdown of law of attraction to do.

But true responsibility is freedom.

It is the recognition that, in every moment, we can consciously choose how we want to respond, who we want to be, and what we want to do AKA what we want to create in our lives.

We may not consciously choose every circumstance.

But we can take full responsibility for how we meet life.

We can choose whether we respond from fear or love.

We can choose whether we react impulsively or act with awareness.

We can choose whether our response aligns with our highest virtues and true values.

Nobody else can make that choice for us.

That choice is our freedom.

Building Unshakable Trust

Every time we consciously choose our response and take responsibility for its outcome, we build trust in ourselves.

We begin to recognize that we are capable of meeting whatever life places in front of us.

Nothing happens by coincidence.

Everything happens for a reason.

We learn to trust our ability to respond with the understanding that everything is an opportunity to learn, grow, expand our awareness and become the best version of ourselves.

We let go of the urge to blame external circumstances for our outcomes.

This is how we begin building unshakable trust in ourselves and in our ability to create our own reality.

We trust ourselves to respond rather than react.

We trust ourselves to make decisions aligned with our highest virtues.

We trust ourselves to accept the consequences of those decisions without blaming anyone or anything else.

We trust ourselves to create our own reality.

Choose Your Response

True responsibility is not doing what we are told.

It is not allowing parents, bosses, teachers, society, or any other external authority to decide what the right response must be for us.

It is becoming conscious enough to choose how we would like to respond to every single moment in our lives with intention and awareness.

It is taking full ownership of every single aspect of our lives based on the realization that we are the creators of our own reality.

It is releasing blame and reclaiming our creative power.

It is choosing how we want to be rather than impulsively reacting from unconscious habits.

And with every conscious response, we move closer to embodying our best selves and unlocking our fullest potential.

Responsibility is not an obligation imposed upon us.

Responsibility is creative power.

Alchemy.
<div class="captioned-button-wrap" do we listen to?

Listening itself is a skill with an immense amount of depth, and the vast majority of people are untrained in it. (a topic for another time)*

But to establish a baseline for this conversation, we can begin with a simple principle:

Listen to people who have what you want.

Listen to People Who Have What You Want

If we want to learn something, we should seek out people who have physical proof in their lives that what they are teaching has worked for them.

If we want to learn a skill, we should learn from someone who has mastered that skill.

If we want to develop a certain characteristic, we should learn from someone who embodies it.

If we want to create a certain kind of life, we should listen to someone who is already living it.

This is the foundation of mentorship and apprenticeship.

Throughout history, the most effective, efficient, and powerful way to learn anything has been to find someone who has mastered the trade, skill, art, or way of life and learn directly from them.

They do not merely understand what they are teaching intellectually, as most teachers do...

Their lives provide proof that they have applied it successfully.

This distinction is important because intellectual knowing is ignorance compared to realization.

Therefore, we should not blindly follow someone simply because other people consider them successful.

We should become clear on what we want and listen to people who possess or embody that.

Be Conscious of What You Allow Into Your Mind

There are infinite people and perspectives available to us.

Through social media, YouTube, books, and the internet, we are constantly bombarded with information.

Because of this, we must become conscious of what we choose to allow into our minds.

If we continually absorb perspectives from people who do not have what we want, those who live lives we do not want to live…

These perspectives will lead us down paths that do not serve us.

<a differences from us, every person has lived experiences that have given them a unique perspective that is different from ours.

A homeless person on the street may understand something about life that we have never considered.

Someone who lives completely differently from us may carry a perspective that expands our awareness and benefits us immensely.

We do not know what we do not know.

There will always be something another person knows that we don’t.

So we should practice listening to everyone with an open mind and a genuine desire to understand why they believe what they believe and how they arrived at their conclusions.

Listening does not mean that we must adopt their perspective or align our lives with it.

We can listen openly, receive whatever value is available, and then consciously decide whether the perspective serves the life we want to create.

Everyone deserves an open ear because everyone has something to offer.

The Paradox of Listening

We must remain open to learning from everyone while also being extremely conscious of who we surround ourselves with and who we regularly allow to influence our minds.

This is the paradox.

Every person may have something valuable to offer, but that does not mean every person should have continuous access to our attention and energy.

There is a difference between listening to understand someone and repeatedly surrounding ourselves with perspectives and people that do not serve us.

We can respect the value within every person without allowing every person’s way of seeing life to shape our own.

Energy Is Contagious

Another reason we must consciously choose who we listen to is that energy is contagious.

When we continually listen to people who embody pessimism and view life through a negative lens, we allow their ideas and energy into our minds and our bodies.

Our thoughts create our reality.

So the people we surround ourselves with affect more than our income or external success.

They affect our energy and the entire trajectory of our lives.

If we surround ourselves with positive people who are optimistic, growing, expanding their awareness, building, creating, and working to make a positive impact, their energy affects us.

Their passion is contagious.

Their creativity is contagious.

Their desire to grow is contagious.

But the opposite is also true.

If we continually surround ourselves with people who are negative, fearful, anxious, worried, stuck, pessimistic, and unconsciously competent* at focusing on what they fear, hate, or do not want, their energy affects us as well.

Click here for in depth exploration of *unconscious competence*
<div class="digest-post-embed" becomes increasingly difficult to consciously focus on light, love, positivity, abundance, prosperity, bliss, and joy while constantly allowing fear and negativity into our minds and our screens of consciousness.

Like attracts like.

Energy attracts energy.

So we should consciously choose to listen to and surround ourselves with people who embody love, joy, fulfillment, creativity, growth, and light.

This is how we begin to improve our energy, raise our vibration, and attract more people, circumstances, situations, and events into our lives that embody the same or similar energy.

Who Do You Listen To?

If you want to learn something, begin by listening to people who have what you want.

Learn from people whose lives provide physical proof that what they are teaching has worked for them.

At the same time, remain open to listening to everyone.

Every person has something to offer.

Everyone carries perspectives shaped by experiences we have not lived, and there will always be something another person knows that we don’t.

But openness does not require unconscious exposure.

We must choose carefully who we surround ourselves with, whose perspectives we repeatedly consume, and what information we allow into our conscious minds for processing.

Listen openly.

Learn from everyone.

But consciously choose your friends, mentors, your environment, and the energy that regularly enters your life.

In an age of infinite information, who we listen to matters more than ever.

<div class="subscription-widget-wrap-editor" realities unfolding around us that we are completely unaware of.

We don’t understand them because we don’t even know they exist.

This is the first stage in realizing anything: recognizing the magnitude of what we do not know.

The statement may sound simple.

Of course we don’t know what we don’t know.

But the magnitude of this reality should not be understated.

There is so much happening within our lives, throughout this world, and in this existence that remains beyond our current awareness.

Moving through life with this understanding is essential to keep us open to discovering what we cannot yet see.

Conscious Incompetence

The second stage is conscious incompetence.

This begins when we become aware that something exists but realize we don’t understand it.

We discover a skill but don’t know how to perform it.

We encounter an art but don’t know how to practice it.

We are exposed to an idea but don’t yet understand it.

We now know that we don’t know.

This awareness creates the opportunity to learn.

If the skill or information feels aligned and we desire to pursue greater knowledge or mastery, we can begin studying it and applying it at this stage.

Conscious Competence

The third stage is conscious competence.

We have now learned the information or developed the ability to perform the skill.

We understand the concept.

We can explain it.

We know how to apply it in our lives.

But doing so still requires the conscious exertion of effort.

We have to think carefully about what we are doing.

We may know how to perform the skill, but we have to consciously focus on each part of its execution.

We may understand the information, but we have to deliberately remember it and consciously apply it.

We are competent, but the competence has not yet become part of our natural way of being.

Unconscious Competence

The fourth stage is unconscious competence.

This is what I understand to be level-one mastery.

We become so familiar with a skill, idea, or concept that we no longer have to rely on the conscious mind to execute it.

We don’t have to try to remember the information.

We don’t have to consciously think through every step.

We understand it so deeply that it becomes second nature.

It becomes part of us.

This is the master pianist playing a magnificent classical piece of music while simultaneously holding a conversation.

For the average person the performance is nearly impossible.

But the pianist no longer has to consciously think about every note or stare intently at every key.

He knows it in his body.

What appears extraordinarily difficult to someone else has become effortless to him.

<a class="image-link image2 is-viewable-img" Walk

A baby learning to walk provides a clear example of the entire realization process.

When a baby is first born, it doesn’t know how to walk.

It doesn’t even know that it doesn’t know how to walk.

It doesn’t know what walking is.

The baby simply exists and crawls around.

This is unconscious incompetence.

Eventually, the baby begins observing other people walking.

It recognizes that they are doing something it cannot do.

Walking exists, but the baby does not know how to perform it.

This is conscious incompetence.

The baby then begins learning through trial and error.

It crawls.

It attempts to stand.

It falls.

It gets back up.

It tries to balance and move forward again and again.

It falls.

Eventually, it takes its first step.

The baby is now competent in the skill of walking, but walking still requires its complete conscious attention.

It must focus on balancing, standing upright, placing one foot in front of the other, and orienting its body in the right direction.

This is conscious competence.

Over time, through repetition and constant observation of people who have already mastered walking, the ability becomes completely natural to the baby.

The child no longer has to consciously think about balancing or moving each leg.

It simply walks.

This is unconscious competence.

The skill has become part of the child.

The child is now a level 1 master in the art of walking.

How Competence Becomes Mastery

Once we become consciously competent, there are two primary ways to reach unconscious competence.

The first is repetition.

We perform the skill over and over again.

We practice applying the information repeatedly.

Through continuous repetition over a sustained period of time, it becomes ingrained in our subconscious mind (solar plexus).

We no longer need to use the same amount of conscious thought, brainpower, and effort to execute it.

We don’t merely understand it intellectually.

We know it in our being.

Repetition transforms something we can consciously do into something we naturally embody.

The second path is observing someone who is a master.

This is apprenticeship.

This is mentorship.

We spend time observing a master perform the skill or embody the information we want to realize.

We watch how they move.

We observe how they think.

We see how they apply the concept throughout their daily life.

By repeatedly exposing ourselves to the embodiment of mastery, we begin internalizing what the master already knows.

This process is immensely powerful.

In some cases it can be more powerful than practicing the skill ourselves.

It is important to note that practice does not make perfect.

Prefect practice makes perfect.

We must practice correctly if we desire to become a master.

Ideally we should practice the skill repeatedly while learning from someone who has already mastered it.

From Information to Realization

Learning something intellectually is not the same as realizing it.

We can understand an idea and explain it clearly while still struggling to apply it in our lives.

At that point, we are consciously competent.

The information still requires conscious effort.

Realization occurs when we understand the idea so deeply that its application becomes natural.

<a ceiling.

Breathe.

Feel your heartbeat.

Feel your body.

Watch the thoughts in your mind appear and gently let them go.

Observe yourself, my friend.

Because when we are constantly distracting ourselves, we cannot hear what our bodies are trying to tell us.

We cannot fully feel what we’re feeling.

We cannot discover what we truly want because we never become still enough to listen.

The noise of constant activity separates us from ourselves.

Stillness brings us back.

Doing Nothing vs. Not Doing Anything

There is a clear distinction between doing nothing and not doing anything.

Not doing anything can mean scrolling, watching TV, wandering around, or mindlessly consuming whatever is placed in front of us.

We are not creating or accomplishing anything, but our attention is still completely occupied.

That is not doing nothing.

That is distraction.

Truly doing nothing means sitting completely still without giving your attention somewhere else.

No phone.

No entertainment.

No plan.

No attempt to escape the moment.

Just you.

Breathing.

Feeling.

Observing.

Being here.

At first, this may feel very uncomfortable for the untrained.

If we have spent our entire lives escaping ourselves through constant activity, stillness can feel very unnatural.

But the discomfort is not evidence that we should leave, although it may be very tempting to do so…

It is evidence that there is something within us we have not yet learned how to sit with.

Where the Magic Happens

Doing nothing is often the most productive thing we can do with our free time.

Go lie outside.

Ground yourself on the earth.

Feel the life force energy of the sun.

Watch the birds.

Listen to them chirp.

Watch the trees move with the wind.

Pay attention to your breath.

Observe your mind.

Feel your body.

This is where so much of the magic happens.

In stillness, we begin to remember ourselves.

We become more self-aware and more in tune with what is happening within us.

We notice feelings, thoughts, desires, and signals from our bodies that we were previously not present enough to perceive.

We begin to discover ourselves beneath the endless distractions.

Doing nothing does not prevent us from living.

It allows us to become present enough to actually experience our lives.

Right Here, Right Now

Everything in the universe is created in the present moment.

Not in the future.

Not in the past.

Right here.

Right now.

But if our attention is always somewhere else, we are never fully present for the only moment where life is actually happening.

Doing nothing returns us to this moment.

It allows us to stop escaping, stop consuming, stop planning, and simply be.

There is nothing lazy about becoming still enough to hear yourself.

There is nothing unproductive about remembering who you are.

Sometimes, the most powerful thing you can do is nothing.

Go stare at the birds.
<div class="subscription-widget-wrap-editor" your discipline.

The fact that it has to be framed as a challenge reveals the problem.

75 Hard is a perfect representation of society’s big misunderstanding of what true discipline looks like.

Because forcing yourself to do something you don’t want to do for 75 days isn’t discipline.

The challenge is essentially:

Who can force themselves to do realizing how amazing we feel when we prioritize our health and move our bodies.

Not intellectually understanding it.

Realizing it in our being.

You experience how movement affects your energy, your mind, your confidence, your creativity, and every other part of your life.

And from that realization, something changes.

You no longer have to force yourself to exercise.

You genuinely want to move your body because you have experienced what it does for you.

You begin making time for it naturally.

You prioritize it not because a challenge told you to, but because your life is noticeably better when you do.

Eventually, the days when you don’t exercise begin to feel unnatural.

You miss it.

You crave it.

That is true discipline.

75 Hard vs. 10,000 Hard

Compare the person forcing themselves through 75 Hard with someone who has exercised consistently for 10,000 days.

The person who reaches “10,000 Hard” doesn’t need a challenge.

They don’t need an accountability group.

They don’t need to announce what they’re doing or count down the days until it’s over.

They exercise because they love exercising.

It brings them pleasure. It gives them energy. It makes them feel alive.

There is almost no force involved.

And that is precisely why they can continue doing it.

The person forcing their way through 75 days may appear more disciplined on the surface.

But the person who reaches 10,000 days effortlessly possesses something infinitely more powerful:

Alignment.

You see the difference?

One person is fighting themselves to manufacture temporary action.

The other has become the kind of person from whom the action arises naturally.

You Are Not David Goggins

This misunderstanding becomes especially clear when people attempt to imitate people like David Goggins or Jocko Willink.

People see Goggins running extreme distances and conclude that discipline means forcing themselves to endure the same pain.

But Goggins is not merely tolerating that way of life.

On some level, he loves it.

It is where he feels alive. It is where he thrives. It has become part of who he is.

The same is true of someone who wakes up at 3:50 every morning for years.

They may describe what they’re doing as brute discipline. They may even believe force is what keeps them going.

But nobody sustains something like that for thousands of days without receiving something deeply meaningful from it.

The mistake is looking at another person’s behavior and blindly attempting to reproduce it.

You are not David Goggins.

You are yourself.

The purpose isn’t to discover how effectively you can force yourself to live like somebody else.

<a class="image-link image2 is-viewable-img" target="_blank" live fully.

Forceful Discipline vs. Embodied Discipline

Society teaches us that discipline means doing things we don’t want to do.

Put your head down.

Ignore how you feel.

Force yourself forward.

Do it whether you want to or not.

But brute force without deeper understanding is an extremely limited way to live.

It is swimming against the current of life.

You may move forward for a while, but you will expend an immense amount of energy fighting forces far more powerful than you.

True discipline contains very little force.

It begins with understanding what actually matters to you and realizing why it matters.

You recognize the benefits of thinking in certain ways, directing your attention toward certain things, and doing certain actions.

You experience those benefits deeply enough that the actions begin to emerge from you naturally.

The application of your will becomes effortless.

And when action is aligned, the amount of energy, focus, and productivity you can generate is infinitely greater than anything you can manufacture through force.

You Get to Do What You Want

This is the good news:

You get to do what you want.

The difficult part is discovering what you actually want.

Most people’s desires are buried beneath years of societal programming, external expectations, comparison, fear, and ideas about who they’re supposed to be.

So they force themselves to pursue lives they never consciously chose.

They call this discipline.

They call this productivity.

They call this “what it takes to succeed.

But true discipline is not becoming better at overpowering yourself.

It is becoming clear enough to stop living against yourself.

It is realizing what genuinely gives you life and then organizing your thoughts, choices, and actions around that realization.

Force may carry you through 75 days.

Alignment can carry you through 10,000.

That is true discipline.

And that is true freedom.

In today’s day and age, the two most widely respected metrics of success are:

Money/Power & Fame

Considering today’s reality, where:

Money is infinite and created out of thin air.

Social media has made it very easy to go viral, amass a large following, and still be very naive and unaware as an individual.

And the internet overall has made it easier than ever to acquire money, power, and fame.

Here is how this manifests:

Ignorant OnlyFans models making millions of dollars a year, driving around in Lamborghinis, wearing designer clothes, and flaunting flashy lifestyles on social media that young people to admire and aspire to.

A sea of young power hungry “entrepreneurs” who are your coaches’ coaches’ favorite coach, using sales tactics to sell the materialistic dream to aspiring kids who will gladly give them thousands of dollars for the chance to learn how to live the flashy life these influencers flaunt online. All for the chance that maybe, one day, they too will be able to become millionaires and flaunt their lifestyles as well.

The truth is:

Money and the finer things in life are fantastic, and they are to be enjoyed and used to the fullest, so long as we don’t get lost in them…

…as most people have in today’s consumeristic world.

The problem is:

People’s perception of success is completely backwards and it’s all manufactured to keep our consciousness from evolving as a species…

People in todays world are programmed to blindly dedicate their lives to the endless pursuit of money, power, and fame (*some of the byproducts of success*) and are under the impression that figuring out how to acquire these things means success itself.

This is hardly the case, but it can easily be seen by observing the massive lure to books like the 48 Laws of Power by Robert Green.

&

The plethora of ignorant people and internet celebrities who make millions of dollars, have great influence over their followers, and yet, in the grand scheme of things, are very unaware.

Many of these people who society deems as “successful” have done very little work on themselves and are simply like everyone else: insecure babies living in adult bodies.

They have simply found a little more courage than your average plebeian to deviate from the main set of conventional life paths in the pursuit of money and power.

In other words, they are normal people who have figured out a glitch in the system (a completely manufactured glitch) to acquire some of the byproducts of success without being successful at all…

A telltale sign you are speaking to one of these ambitious automatons is that, within the first 30 seconds of meeting you, they will proceed to ask, above all else:

“So, what do you do for work?”

Do not be fooled, people.

The blind pursuit of money, power, and fame is not success itself.

True success is:

Finding the courage, in a society that rewards surface-level accomplishment, to look within ourselves long enough to discover who we really are beyond all of the inauthentic identities and characteristics that have been programmed into us by society… to discover our true purpose on this earth.

Success is discovering our own unique soul’s purpose.

Furthermore, success is:

Embodying the courage to live out our divine life purpose and go against the grain of what is considered normal by society.

It is being willing to be greatly criticized, judged, and misunderstood by the vast majority of people in the pursuit of becoming the highest, best, most loving, compassionate, creative, and aware versions of ourselves, so we may create from our hearts and make the biggest positive impact on the world that we possibly can.

This is true success.

Money, power, and fame are simply some of the byproducts.

Look at the most influential people in the world, the most successful businesspeople, the visionaries who change the trajectory of humanity. They all lead with purpose, not money.

So instead of living misaligned, virtueless lives in the blind pursuit of money, power, and fame…

True success starts with:

Self-discovery

Multidimensional awareness expansion

Societal deprogramming

And:

The courage and willingness to be misunderstood and criticized by society in the pursuit of becoming the highest, best, most loving, strong, compassionate, and aware versions of ourselves.

So we may become people who create from our hearts in ways that are aligned with our soul’s purpose and make the biggest positive impact on the world in our own divinely unique way.

You are Limitless.

The Power of Connection

Jacob's ladder.

Jacob Wang

Connection is one of the deepest needs of every human being.

Not surface-level connection, but authentic like-souled connection… To be intentional with our choices, with our time, with our path in life.

But have you ever noticed what’s hidden inside the word itself?

In-tension.

Every intention creates a tension within you.

When you set an intention to create something, achieve something, or move in a certain direction, you literally generate tension inside yourself.

Now this isn’t necessarily negative.

That tension is what propels you toward your goals. It’s the energy that moves you forward, the spark that pushes you to take action.

It’s like drawing back a bowstring.

The act of setting an intention is the pull: you create tension within yourself, storing potential energy.

That tension is what makes the arrow ready to fly.

But the bowstring only shoots when you let it go.

Releasing your intention is what sends the arrow forward; what sends you moving.

And it’s the part most people resist.

Because once the arrow is in the air, you no longer control where it will land.

You can’t control where you’ll end up..

You can only trust that you’ve aimed it in the right direction.

The rest belongs to the flow of life: the winds, the currents, the unseen forces that carry you along the way.

If you refuse to release the bowstring you keep holding the tension inside yourself.

Holding that tension restricts flow.

Eventually it becomes strain, heaviness, resistance.

But when you release, the tension finally does what it was meant to do: transform into movement, momentum, miracles.

Intention without release is just internal constriction of energy… which is the source of all anxiety, depression, worry, fear, and doubt.

Intention with release becomes flight: creation, transformation, manifestation.

Set intentions… and release.

You have unlimited potential.

The Grind is a Great Way to Stay Average

Here's why:

Jacob Wang

Effortless Will vs. Forceful Will

Most people believe success requires suffering.

They believe you have to grind your way there: head down, teeth clenched, powering through.

If you aren’t in pain, if you aren’t fighting yourself every step of the way, you must not have what it takes.

They call this “discipline.”

But think about it.

Is it really discipline to ignore yourself? To force yourself down a path you don’t want to be on?

Is it strength to keep rowing a boat upstream when the river was never meant to take you that way?

Or is that just misalignment?

People live entire lives this way.

College kids grinding for degrees they don’t care about because it “looks good”, for their parents, because society tells them to.

Entrepreneurs chasing success for pride and recognition, while secretly dreading their work.

Artists who create for approval; who never paint what they love because their mind is consumed by what other people will think.

This is forceful application of the will.

And it always feels the same: heavy, resistant, like pushing a shopping cart with a broken wheel.

Every step is friction.

You’re constantly forcing yourself to take action.

Real discipline is something else entirely.

It’s not grinding.

Real discipline is the courage to relax into life.

To surrender to the uncertainty of our existence.

This is the first step into trust. You stop clutching life and allow it to carry you.

You realize that life doesn’t need to be restricted or forced.

You soften your grip, release the desire to control everything, and detach from your urge to manage outcomes.

This surrender is not defeat. It is a voluntary yielding to the greater current of reality.

When you realize that uncertainty is where all the beauty lies in life, your fear of the unknown transforms into reverence for it.

And you realize that you never really had control in the first place.

Real discipline is sitting still in silence.

It takes real discipline to sit with yourself, away from all external distractions, and sort through the mess of your mind in complete silence and stillness.

This is the beginning of discovering who you really are; what your purpose is.

It takes discipline to look honestly at your life, and admit what you don’t want.

To let go of desires that were never yours… to stop pursuing things for the approval of others, to feed your ego, or to boost your pride.

This is the discipline of alignment.

And once you’ve surrendered to it, something major shifts.

The application of the will becomes effortless.

Effortless will doesn’t mean doing nothing. It doesn’t mean passivity.

This is a common misconception.

The application of the will becomes effortless when action flows through you without resistance, because you’re finally moving in the direction your soul wants to go.

It is not to be confused with that of a drifter. Someone who surrenders aimlessly, floats around life, and is completely overtaken by the current.

It is the discipline of flowing with the current and using it to propel you to great success.

Think of the last time you were so immersed in something that hours passed like minutes. That’s effortless will.

Compare it to the feeling of forcing yourself to do something you dread, watching the clock, dragging your feet. That’s forceful will.

Both are “work.” But one is light, seamless, and expansive, while the other is heavy, grinding, and draining.

Athletes know the difference.

Take a runner who trains because he thinks he has to… to stay in shape, to look good, to meet some idea of what a “healthy” person should do.

For him every run feels like a chore. He has to force himself to go. His mind is constantly fighting. Every step is an argument with himself just to keep going.

Now compare that to the runner who runs because he genuinely loves it.

He longs to run. Running feels like home. His body opens, his breath finds rhythm, and the miles pass with ease.

And as a result, he runs much farther, faster, and with more energy than the runner who forces it.

Entrepreneurs are another example:

Build a business for status or approval, and you’ll burn out. Every day feels like a fight.

But build from alignment, and the work pours out of you.

It’s still long hours, but it’s not suffering.

You open the laptop without even thinking.. because you genuinely want to.

Because you’re actually passionate about what you’re building.

Look at artists, creators, or anyone who has ever tried to make something..

You find out very quickly that when you create for applause, inspiration vanishes.

Create from your soul, and you can hardly stop yourself.

This paradox is simple:

Force feels hard but produces little.

Effortless will feels easy and produces much more.

And yet, most people distrust ease.

We’ve been conditioned to believe that if it feels easy, it must not be productive.

Most people believe suffering is proof of progress.

But the truth is the opposite: friction is not proof of productivity — it’s proof of misalignment.

Ease is not laziness — ease is alignment.

Success doesn’t demand suffering. It doesn’t demand endless grinding.

What it demands is alignment: the discipline to surrender, the courage to live for yourself.

When you are aligned, effort becomes effortless.

Action flows like water downhill.

Work becomes play. Creation becomes joy.

Forceful will is rowing upstream.

Effortless will is catching the wind in your sails.

And you can only catch the wind if you have the discipline to direct your sails towards your soul purpose.

One drains you. The other carries you.

And that is the difference between chasing success and living.

You have unlimited potential.

Letting Go of Your Life.

...

Jacob Wang

I’d just come back from a Sunday evening walk when I received a text I couldn’t have predicted.

It was my cousin.

“I’m flying in town tomorrow. Can you pick me up?”

In that moment, my entire week shifted, and I didn’t resist.

But I certainly could have..

“Sure, but I have all these things I have to do this week. Let me get you a hotel and we can meet up in the evenings when I’m done with work.”

Feeling into her situation…

Understanding the significant changes going on in her life..

And tapping into the awareness that she was definitely being brought here for a reason..

I surrendered to the shift, completely freed up my time and energy, and made room for her to stay at my place.

We had a great time.

She stayed all week.

And spending time with her was more productive than any other work I could've done.

Everything was much more aligned than if I had clung to the plans I had for the week.

This is what life is all about.

It is a small example, but a very real one.

And it’s not just about what happened, it’s how it happened.

It was spontaneous and completely unpredictable.

Life has a funny way of inviting you into greater opportunities if you’re willing to let go of control.

A previous version of me would have struggled to let go.

I would have been completely attached to my routine.

Now, I’ve created a life where I am free to be spontaneous and surrender to meaningful experiences like this.

I have built a mindset that allows me to do so.

I have shifted my perspective on productivity and success.

I no longer rely on strict, controlling routines to feel productive because I understand that true productivity is created by living with intention and being completely present here and now.

I’m no longer attached to the idea of chasing money because I understand that when you discover your true desires and direct your energy towards achieving those things, money is a natural byproduct.

I understand now, from years of experimentation that:

Living with intention, listening to your heart, connecting with the divine, and making decisions from these places… as opposed to leading with the rational mind, is the most productive way to live.

Because life is inherently unpredictable and spontaneous.

And living in your rational mind completely takes you away from the present.

A wise man once said, “the past is history, the future is a mystery, and this moment is a gift — that’s why it’s called the present.”

Everything you desire is created here and now. Nowhere else.

All you need will be presented to you in divine timing.

So live with faith and trust that nothing happens by chance and everything happens for a reason.

Every situation, circumstance, and experience, no matter how challenging, has been put in your life for you to learn and evolve..

So you can become the person who is capable of fulfilling your life's purpose.

The way your journey unfolds is impossible to predict with the rational mind, and that’s where all the beauty lies.

You wouldn’t want to be able to plan every step, anticipate every detail, and know exactly how your life is going play out.

That would be like playing a video game you’ve already beaten.

The excitement, the growth, the failure, the character deaths, the breakthroughs, the aliveness would all be gone.

With certainty, there is no mystery. And without mystery, life is energetically dead.

And yet, because uncertainty is uncomfortable, people chase the opposite.

They chase control.

They find comfort in the familiar.

Most people stay at their mediocre job, attach to the same routine, eat the same food, hang around the same people, cling to the same inauthentic friendships, and live in the same town their entire life.

Even young entrepreneurs who escape the rat race, attach themselves to rigid frameworks for success.

They create their own rat race.

Wake up at 5 a.m., stretch, coffee, laptop, 100 cold emails, reach out to X amount of prospects to guarantee Y number of booked calls.

“Put your head down and grind.”

“Put in the reps.”

“X amount of inputs guarantees Y outputs.”

And that’s all fine, there can be a time and place for it.

But more often than not, that obsession with control, trying to guarantee outcomes, trying to create certainty over the future, and find safety in the familiar, makes life so much duller, more restrictive, and far more exhausting than it needs to be.

Because when you seek to control, you’re swimming against the current.

You’re trying to overpower the force of the universe.

A force infinitely more powerful and intelligent than you.

This doesn’t mean you shouldn’t work hard.

It doesn’t mean you don’t commit to build or strive.

But you hold it all differently.

You let go of the death grip.

You leave space for the unpredictable.

You detach from outcomes.

Because the most meaningful moments, the most powerful opportunities, the most significant connections… they don’t show up on your calendar.

You don’t plan them.

They arrive quietly. Unexpectedly. This is because the actions you’re taking are disconnected from your true, core desires.

When we do things solely for outcomes, we’re acting with the hope of achieving external results that are often misaligned with our deeper purpose — who we’re meant to be.

It is a common misconception among many modern-day success gurus and people who have achieved material success — that you must put your head down and grind in order to become exceptional — we must do things that we don't want to do, even if they don't feel right, over and over again over extended periods of time to achieve any semblance of success. And otherwise, you don't have what it takes, you don't have the discipline, you don't have the perseverance necessary to become exceptional.

This could not be more incorrect. Though it works for people to a certain extent to achieve very low-vibrational material success in the grand scheme of things. I will elaborate on this.

The aligned path of abundance and unlimited riches lies directly on your true desires.

On the surface, people think they want all these ‘things’ (outcomes) — money is a great example. But when you peel back the layers of the onion, what do you truly want in life? It certainly isn’t pieces of paper or numbers on a screen.

This question “what do I truly desire” has an almost infinite number of layers to peel back before arriving at anything close to the full answer.

If you go deep enough, you’ll find that all human beings fundamentally crave three things:

Authentic connection — with ourselves, with others, and with all that surrounds us: nature, spirit, energy, and life itself.

Optimal Health — mentally and physically.

The actualization of our highest potential — a potential that transcends modern science, physics, mathematics, or any man-made framework.

These three desires, based on my current understanding, are what ultimately lead to true fulfillment.

If a person can rise through the levels of Maslow’s hierarchy and reach the top of the pyramid, this is the beginning of the journey.

If you haven’t met your basic needs though— or if you believe you haven’t (we don’t need very much, contrary to what you may think) — that perception alone can pull you out of alignment and lead you to live a misdirected, unfulfilled life.

You will deflect energies of abundance almost entirely.

Scarcity deflects abundance. A prime example — read: “Saving Money is Keeping You Poor”

Your thoughts, and the actions that stem from them, are the most powerful tools for authoring your own reality — for better or for worse.

To begin walking on the path of alignment, you must learn to consciously see the light, to recognize the good, to understand the abundance in your life, in this world, and in others.

You must learn that nothing happens by coincidence and that everything happens for a reason.

You must then develop your ability to consciously grow, move forward, and find positive lessons from all of your experiences no matter how excruciating they may be in the moment.

You must choose light over dark — find light in darkness.

You must choose abundance. Nothing is scarce — competition with anybody but yourself is a psyop.

Embodying these things is how you begin to attract everything you truly desire.

On this path you will build a deeper connection with the Divine—your spirit team, your angels, the ascended masters, Jesus, Buddha, God—whatever label feels true to you. The label is trivial. There is one truth in this universe, and these are many songs.

What truly matters is the strength of your genuine connection to the other side — not the performative or superficial relationships many people claim to have with God. These often take the form of transactional spirituality — people turning to God only when they want something.. Just as common are virtue signaling and religious superiority complexes — those who use belief systems to appear morally elevated or to look down on others. None of these reflect real connection.

Real connection is quiet, constant, and rooted within.

And it’s through this kind of sincere, inner connection that true wisdom becomes accessible. Because, “man’s knowledge of life and the universe is limited and uncertain, therefore he cannot have wisdom in himself, and so his wisdom is small unless he can connect his mind with knowledge greater than his own and draw from it by inspiration the wisdom that his own limitations deny him. This is what all really great men and women have done.”

“Processes of reason do not often reach knowledge of truth”

“Our knowledge is limited and uncertain; therefore, we cannot find wisdom by ourselves. Only God knows all truth; therefore, only God has real wisdom: the right thing to do at all times.”

So we must receive wisdom from the Gods.

For more context, here’s an example relating to Jesus:

“Man is a thinking substance, a portion of the cosmic substance, but man is limited, while the cosmic intelligence from which he sprang, which Jesus calls the Father, is unlimited. All intelligence, power, and force come from the Father. Jesus recognized this and stated it very plainly over and over again. He ascribed all his wisdom and power to his unity with the Father, and to his perceiving the thoughts of God. ‘My Father and I are one.’”

These truths are communicated in all religions though they are commonly interpreted out of context and completely misunderstood.

Going deeper: ‘My Father and I are one.’ “was the foundation of Jesus’s knowledge and power.” He showed the people the necessity of becoming spiritually awakened, of hearing his voice and becoming like him. ‘God is spirit,’ he said. ‘Be born again, become spiritually awake, and you may see his kingdom. Hear my voice, see what I am and what I do, and come forth and live. The words I speak are spirit and life. Accept them, and they will cause a well of water to spring up within you. Then you will have life within yourself. I do what I see the Father do,’ he said. “Meaning that he reads the thoughts of God. The Father shows all things to the Son. If you become like God, you can read his thoughts, and if you do not, you will find the inspirational perception of truth impossible.”

One very important note to close on:

“You can never become a great man or a woman until you have overcome anxiety, worry, and fear. It is impossible for an anxious person, a worried one, or a fearful one to perceive truth. I take this as truth. Therefore, this is my belief, and any other belief must be flawed or inferior...” (Religion is a prime example.)

“In addition, I find community and a sense of belonging with other people who have come to the same conclusions!”

“We, in this community or friend group or whatever group of people... we know what’s right! It is forever becoming more. It must do so if it continues to be at all.”

These are universal laws.

This deep rooted desire for increase exists in every living thing including YOU.

The second a seed touches soil, it starts reaching for the sun, growing taller, spreading its roots, and then producing thousands of more seeds—multiplying itself endlessly.

The same way once a baby has learned to crawl, it gets the urge to stand, and once it stands, it begins to walk, and then run. Each new ability leads to the next.

The human mind follows the same principle. One word learned leads to another, one discovery sparks a hundred more. “Every thought we think makes it necessary for us to think another thought; consciousness is constantly expanding.”

“Every fact we learn leads us to the learning of another fact; knowledge is continually increasing.”

Fire cannot be still. It must spread or it dies.

These examples demonstrate that growth is not a choice; it is the natural order of life.

The desire for increase is inherent in all nature; it is the fundamental impulse of the universe.

Humans are no exception.

We are always seeking more food, more clothes, better shelter, more luxury, more beauty, more strength, more knowledge, more pleasure; more life.

Because this is the case, everyone is naturally drawn to people, environments, and experiences that give them the impression of increase.

In other words, people are drawn to you based on whether you are a source of increase or a source of stagnation.

Every person—whether they realize it or not—is seeking more life.

It is no coincidence that the most influential, sought-after people are the ones who embody increase.

The person who walks into a room and commands everyones attention effortlessly is a prime example.

This is because people are instinctually designed to be attracted to:

The Impression of Increase.

You can feel when someone is growing.

They move with purpose, they speak with certainty and they have a presence that is undeniable.

When you’re around them, whether you are aware of it or not, something inside you says:

“Being around this person will make me more.” and consequently you begin to like that person.

This feeling is what makes people magnetic.

High-functioning individuals are automatically drawn to people who radiate increase. They often do not consciously understand why—but something in them feels it.

If you embody the energy of constant growth, evolution, and expansion, people will be attracted to you—not because of what you say, but because of how you make them feel.

If you want to attract high-energy, high-achieving people into your life, you must become the kind of person they are naturally drawn to.

You can’t fake the energy of increase. You either are growing, or you’re not.

You must make a conscious, concerted effort to evolve and improve every single day.

If you are truly expanding in life—mentally, physically, financially, spiritually—you will naturally radiate that energy; it is extremely powerful and cannot be ignored.

Energy speaks much louder than words.

The way you move, your true intentions, the way you speak, the way you interact with people—all of it sends a very powerful message.

What is your energy saying?

Are you someone who is growing, thriving, and expanding?

Or are you stuck in place?

Are you insecure, judgmental, and closed off?

Or are you grounded, open, curious, and genuinely seeking to understand?

People feel these things instantly… and they respond accordingly.. (it’s mostly all subconscious).

How to Become Magnetic:

Be the person who adds life to every interaction.

On the surface, people don’t care about who you are… they care about how being around you makes them feel.

The more momentum you have in life, the more people will gravitate toward you.

If you radiate increase—if you make people feel more alive, more confident, more faithful, more capable after spending time with you—they cannot forget you.

The Immense Power of Increase

You don’t have to say a word.

When you’re truly living in a state of growth, expansion, and abundance, people feel it.

Your oura is extremely powerful.

Low-vibrational people will feel uncomfortable around you and they will fade away.

&

High-vibrational people will see it, feel it, and be drawn to it.

This is why powerful people always find each other. They are naturally magnetized toward those who embody the same energy of growth and expansion.

TLDR:

If you want to attract high-vibrational people into your life, you must become the person they are seeking.

Be the one who is constantly expanding.

Be the one who brings life to everyone they meet.

Be the one who radiates the energy of increase so strongly that people feel it the moment you enter a space.

When you do this, you won’t have to chase relationships, success, or opportunities.

The right people, the right opportunities, and the right experiences will find you.

Because everything in this universe seeks more life, and when you become a source of that life, you will never be alone, and you will never be without.

All quotes are the wisdom of Wallace Wattles.

You have unlimited potential.

Why Saving Money is Keeping You Poor.

...

Jacob Wang

Most people exist under the impression that budgeting and saving money is a responsible approach to their finances… that some how saving money is going to lead them to get what they want in the future.

This could not be more incorrect.

Let me tell you right now, if you ever want to attract large sums of money into your life, without having to “put your head down” (fucked up saying btw) and grind for 40 years… you have to completely shift your paradigm on money.

The very act of budgeting creates a barrier between you and the energy of abundance… and money is energy.

Most people try to acquire wealth through a purely logical framework that is no different from the mindset of a 9-to-5 sheep who mindlessly trots through their entire life until they leave this dimension.

This logical framework is an input-output equation where people believe they need to work a set number of hours or invest a certain amount of effort into XYZ job or task if they want to generate a specific outcome.

These beliefs are imprinted on us straight out of the womb… from parents, family members, school, teachers, and by simply existing and being surrounded by sheep for our entire lives.

While this input-output framework can work to an extent, it is nothing more than an extension of the 9-to-5 mentality, where time and effort are exchanged for money in a transactional, linear fashion.

"If I do X, I will get Y." according to the standards of poor people.**

The Scarcity Trap of Budgeting

Budgeting, when approached from a mindset of scarcity, which it almost always is… reinforces the belief that money is limited.

If you have the money to pay for higher quality food.. and you walk into the grocery store and choose the cheapest options because you feel like you have to… you are affirming to yourself that resources are finite, that money is hard to come by, and that you need to hold onto to the little money you have.

You are searing this truth onto your psyche like a red-hot iron pressed into your flesh.

Your belief in yourself and your abilities are diminished every time you penny pinch like fuckin Mr. Krabs.

This thought process actively repels money and abundance from your life… in ways much more powerful than you can imagine.

You must exist in a state of abundance before you attract abundance into your life… in any way shape or form.

You must have an abundant mindset about everything.

Money is unlimited you can create it out of the ether.

There is no poverty, there is only ABUNDANCE.

Disease is an illusion there is only HEALTH.

You are healthy or you are becoming healthy.

You have unlimited potential.

You are strong.

You are capable of achieving anything you want.

You are extremely fortunate.

You are blessed.

You are supported by your spirit team, your guardian angels, the ascended masters, and by God.

THEN.. you must express and genuinely feel DEEP ROOTED GRATITUDE for all of the abundance in your life… on a never ending basis.

If you operate from a place of fear—fear of running out, fear of not making enough, fear of spending—you are tuning your energy to lack.

And what you focus on, you attract.

The Creative Plane of Wealth Generation

There is a higher level of wealth generation that transcends the mechanical, linear approach of inputs and outputs.

This is the creative plane—where wealth is not simply earned, but attracted and manifested. This is where the greatest fortunes are built.

You can defy all the limiting beliefs most people have about “what it takes” to earn money when you operate on the Creative Plane.

Everything in existence operates on energy, frequency, and vibration.

Quantum physics has proven that our thoughts, emotions, and beliefs shape the reality we experience.

When you exist in a state of abundance, when you believe in the infinite nature of money and opportunity… you naturally attract wealth, opportunities, and people who align with that frequency.

On the flip side, if you live in constant fear of running out, you don’t just attract more financial struggles—you actually repel abundance.

The universe does not distinguish between what you want and what you fear; it simply magnifies the energy you emit.

If your thoughts are dominated by worry, limitation, survival, and fear, you will find yourself surrounded by those kinds of circumstances.

THIS IS A UNIVERSAL LAW YOU MUST UNDERSTAND.

Rewiring Your Mindset

The shift from scarcity to abundance is not about reckless spending or ignoring financial responsibility. It is about the energy and intention behind your financial decisions.

Instead of thinking, I need to save because I might run out, reframe it as I spend my money freely and wisely because I know more is always coming.

Instead of choosing the cheapest option out of fear, and going out of our way to carpool with people for the sake of gas money… choose to spend your money on what aligns with your values and the kind of life you want to live.

Have faith in yourself and your ability to handle any adversity should it come your way but DO NOT spend time and energy thinking about “what if this happens.”

“What will I do if I run out of money.”

“What is my plan… what if i can’t afford gas next week and blah blah blah.”

This will fuck the energies and repel abundance from your life.

Believe in yourself.

Know that you are capable of handling any situation that comes your way.

Understand that nothing happens by coincidence and that everything happens for a reason.

And realize that ALL fears and obstacles exist in our lives SOLELY for us to transcend them and develop the skills and strength necessary to live our most productive lives in the process of doing so.

Spend all of your leisure time forming your vision of what you want in life… down to the most specific things.

Imagine what you will feel like when those luxuries are yours.

And then put in the honest energy and effort everyday to grow as an individual and create your reality.

Wealth is not built from a place of fear; it is built from a place of power.

Those who generate massive wealth do not operate from scarcity—they operate from a deep knowing that money is limitless.

They attract money as a byproduct of their mindset, their creativity, and the value they impress on others.

What you focus on expands.

Your perception dictates your reality.

If you see the world as a fucked up place with limited resources where you must conserve and be cautious, that will be your experience of life.

If you see the world as a beautiful place with endless opportunities… if you view money as an endless supply that moves through you as you create and provide value for others, you will experience abundance in this life.

The highest earners in the world do not view money as something they need to "hold onto"—they see it as something to circulate, to invest, to multiply and they have seen it that way before they had any money to begin with.

It does not matter your financial situation, you could be homeless.. If you are able to shift your mindset and live in alignment with the frequency of abundance, overtime with deep faith and consistency, you will attract anything you want into your life.

TLDR

The idea of budgeting for the sake of budgeting, of saving for the sake of having a "safety net," is a scarcity-driven mindset that will keep you poor.

True wealth is created on the creative plane, where money is seen as infinite and the flow of abundance is directed by your beliefs, your perception, and your energy.

If you want to build real wealth, stop thinking like everyone else. Start thinking like a creator—someone who taps into the limitless potential of the universe to attract, generate, and circulate abundance effortlessly.

Shift your mindset, shift your energy, and watch your fucking reality transform.

Credit to Wallace Wattles for the wisdom and inspiration for this piece.

You have unlimited potential.

Never Stop Raising Your Baseline

The path to GREATNESS - VIBRATIONAL RISE

Jacob Wang

We all have a baseline in life—an equilibrium state that we exist in.

We have a baseline for our physical health and how we feel;
our mental health and the states of mind we habituate;
our relationships and the people we choose to surround ourselves with

&

the standards we have for ourselves: the things we are willing to accept in our lives and things we are not.

IF YOU WANT MORE IN YOUR LIFE in any way, shape, or form, it is ESSENTIAL to raise your baseline.

The path to greatness—the path of vibrational rise—consists solely of raising your baseline.

Your baseline is a state that is normal to you. It isn’t necessarily the most comfortable state, but it’s a state you get used to.

This can be seen in your diet—the quality of the foods you choose to consume.

People whose meals mainly consist of low-quality, processed foods have an extremely low baseline in this regard. Essentially, their bodies become used to feeling like shit.

They’ll eat extremely unhealthy, processed foods on a daily basis, and it will feel completely normal to them—it’s their baseline.

But if they make the conscious decision to improve their diet, consume whole, organic foods, avoid seed oils, and drink clean water, their baseline will begin to rise (over time with consistency.)

They will experience this shift and become aware of it if and when they revert to their old cravings—when they have that slice of pizza and immediately feel like shit afterward.

This same concept applies to all aspects of life.

When you intentionally make a concerted effort to grow, improve, or avoid things in your life that do not serve you positively, over time, you raise your baseline in that regard.

And when those old things circle back into your life, not only are you much more conscious of them, but your increased awareness of yourself and those old habits actually leads you to stray away from them.

You genuinely become DISSATISFIED with these things.

Think about your morning routine. If you’re someone who benefits from waking up early but haven’t been firm in committing to it, initially, making the effort to get up at 6 AM every morning may be challenging.

But when done (over time, with consistency,) not only will waking up become easier but you’ll also begin to naturally want to go to bed earlier.

And once your baseline rises enough, you’ll hit the snooze button one day and realize you feel like shit—groggy and mentally unclear. This is prime example of raising your baseline and experiencing it firsthand.

What was once an internal battle to get up at 6 now becomes the exact opposite—something you feel like shit for not doing.

In business, raising your baseline means making a concerted effort to pull the levers that truly move the needle every day, despite the mental barriers to entry those levers often carry.

Over time, not only does your efficiency improve at those tasks—your skills become more developed, and you make a shit-ton more progress—but in addition, the task that initially seemed challenging and intimidating (over time, with consistency) becomes effortless and second nature.

Another example is relationships. When you’re used to surrounding yourself with low-vibrational people—people who don’t encourage you to be your highest self, people who don’t have your best interests in mind, people you can’t be fully authentic around—you become used to it. You form your relationship baseline. And, subconsciously, due to our deep human need for belonging and community, most of the people you surround yourself with are a net negative in your life.

BUT if you can consciously accept being alone in the short term and make an effort to raise your vibration—to avoid net-negative people, to seek and, more importantly, ATTRACT people who are more aligned with you—then (over time, with consistency), THESE PEOPLE WILL FIND THEIR WAY INTO YOUR LIFE.

And when they do, you will begin to genuinely feel dissatisfaction for the people you used to settle for and your old approach to building connections with others.

This is not to say that you can’t learn something from everyone. It isn’t to say that you can’t find positivity in every interaction. But you get the gist.

WHEN YOU RAISE YOUR BASELINE, YOU RAISE YOUR VIBRATION.

When you raise your vibration, you begin to attract higher-vibrational energy— aligned people, positive experiences and more favorable conditions into your life.

The reason you can’t find these people is because of your perception—because of your baseline. It dictates your reality.

Every single experience you have, the world you see, and the energy you attract are all in direct relation to your baseline. You are ATTRACTING PEOPLE AND ENERGIES THAT ARE A DIRECT REFLECTION OF YOUR INTERNAL STATE.

Go out of your way to make a conscious, concerted effort to raise your baseline in all aspects of your life, and (over time, with consistency), you will evolve and ATTRACT ABUNDANCE INTO YOUR LIFE.

You will realize, with intense clarity, how your old baselines were holding you back.

You will develop a genuine dissatisfaction for those old ways of being, those old habits you used to have.

You will improve your life and ATTRACT WHAT YOU WANT INTO YOUR LIFE WITH EXPONENTIAL FORCE.

RAISE YOUR BASELINE.

You have unlimited potential.

Coming soon

This is Limitless Ascent.

Jacob Wang

This is Limitless Ascent.

Subscribe now
